توضح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق «ملتقى» بياناتك ويستخدمها ويحميها. ملتقى مجتمع لطلاب الجامعات: منشورات وتعليقات وقصص وريلز ومحادثات ومكتبة ملفات دراسية وشارات. نجمع ما يلزم لتشغيل هذه الميزات فقط.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات الموجهة.
نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات تقنية موثوقين للاستضافة وقواعد البيانات، وتخزين الملفات وتوصيل المحتوى، وإرسال الإشعارات، ورصد الأعطال. يعالج هؤلاء البيانات نيابةً عنا وبالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة فقط. وقد نفصح عن بيانات إذا فرض ذلك القانون أو طلب رسمي من جهة مختصة.
نستخدم اتصالاً مشفراً، وصلاحيات وصول تمنع أي مستخدم من قراءة بيانات غيره الخاصة. لا يوجد نظام آمن بالكامل، لكننا نعمل على حماية بياناتك بالممارسات المتعارف عليها.
ملتقى موجّه لطلاب الجامعات، وليس موجهاً للأطفال دون 13 سنة. إذا علمنا أن حساباً يعود لطفل دون هذا العمر نحذفه.
تقدر تطّلع على بياناتك وتعدّلها من ملفك والإعدادات، وتطلب نسخة منها أو حذفها عبر البريد. وتقدر تسحب أذونات الكاميرا والميكروفون والصور والإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث تاريخ السريان أعلاه، وننبّهك داخل التطبيق عند التغييرات المهمة.

To run your account, show content, deliver messages and notifications, personalise by university and major, compute points and badges, moderate content and handle reports, prevent abuse, and fix crashes. We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.
Your public profile and the content you post publicly. Your profile activity days are hidden by default and visible to others only if you turn on “Show my account activity” in Settings → Privacy. Private messages are visible only to the conversation members.
We use trusted technical service providers for hosting and database, file storage and content delivery, push notifications, and crash diagnostics. They process data on our behalf only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose data when required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account in the app: Settings → “Delete account permanently”, or email [email protected] from your registered email. Some records may be kept for a limited time where law or security requires.
Data is sent over encrypted connections and access rules prevent users from reading others' private data. Multaqa is for university students and is not directed at children under 13; such accounts are deleted when found. You can view and edit your data in the app, request a copy or deletion by email, and revoke device permissions at any time. We will update the effective date above when this policy changes and notify you in the app about important changes.
